Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide invoice coding support for timely and accurate processing
• Monitor personal inbox, respond to vendor inquiries, and reconcile vendor account statements
• Support weekly payment operations and assist with annual 1099 preparation

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
• Age requirement of 18 years or older
