Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable professional to manage and process invoices and support various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing invoices accurately and promptly
• Support coordination of payments to vendors and ensure compliance with payment terms
• Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable functions, preferably in a large-scale/global environment
• At least 1 year of experience in finance is preferable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
