Key responsibilities
- Develop interactive training modules using Adobe Captivate based on pre-written scripts and storyboards
- Ensure SCORM compliance and successful integration with government LMS platforms
- Implement multimedia elements, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learner engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, multimedia design, computer science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured development workflows
