Junior Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the remote Junior Affiliate Manager will develop and expand affiliate partnerships, fulfill KPIs, and monitor affiliate performance to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing and new affiliates
• Regularly review affiliate performances to measure effectiveness and ensure profitability
• Monitor affiliate marketing spend to ensure alignment with budgets

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate English or higher; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and interpret data for informed decision-making
• Understanding of affiliate marketing concepts such as traffic, conversion, and ROMI
• Experience in roles such as Account Manager or Marketing Manager is an advantage
