Junior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior AI Engineer to design and build AI-enabled helpdesks and contact centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build intelligent agents that plan, reason, and interact with users using evolving agentic frameworks
• Build and maintain a configurable front and back end
• Design tactful solutions to a variety of customer problems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack applications with Node.js
• Experience with modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make a real impact
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the security clearance required for this position
