Junior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support foundational engineering capabilities, the full-time Junior AI Engineer will develop, test, and modernize software systems in an AI-augmented delivery environment, utilizing AI tools for coding and documentation while ensuring software quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools for coding, refactoring, unit testing, and documentation
• Implement features and enhancements under the guidance of senior engineers while ensuring quality and security standards are met
• Participate in production support rotations and collaborate within an AI-enabled team

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience, including internships or co-op positions
• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language, preferably Python, React, or Typescript
• Experience with coding co-pilots and familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD concepts
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern engineering practices
• Basic understanding of testing frameworks or automation tools
