Junior AI Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Junior AI Fullstack Developer will contribute to both frontend and backend development, helping to build and maintain features for a compliance automation platform while gaining hands-on experience with AI integration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining features across the compliance automation platform
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into production features while collaborating with experienced engineers
• Engage in both frontend and backend development tasks, learning and applying web development fundamentals

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in software development, including internships or bootcamp projects
• Working knowledge of a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Familiarity with backend development in at least one language like Python, Node.js, or Java
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Genuine interest in AI/ML concepts and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
