Junior AI/ML Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior AI/ML Software Engineer to support federal clients in developing AI-enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and testing of AI-enabled applications, including chatbots and data pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and evaluate solutions for automation and analytics
- Assist in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript through coursework or projects
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and exposure to AI application patterns
- Familiarity with at least one AI/ML application framework and basic experience with common Python libraries
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices
