Junior AI Strategist

Job Summary

Supporting AIR's AI initiatives team, the full-time Junior AI Strategist will engage in market scanning, partnership outreach, and communications while working remotely or from one of AIR's U.S. offices for a time-limited position expected to last 24 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in relationship building with external partners and prepare materials for meetings
• Draft and edit external-facing communications, including blog posts and proposals
• Conduct market analysis and landscape scans to inform outreach and proposal development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social sciences, public policy, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in AI and its implications for social systems or public policy
• Experience supporting projects that involve coordination across multiple teams or stakeholders
• Exposure to market analysis, partnership development, or business development processes
• Proficiency in using AI tools for information synthesis and data analysis
