Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an operations, finance, or analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience using Salesforce for data management and reporting
• Degree or background in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field is preferred
• Genuine interest in solar, clean energy, or commercial real estate is a plus
