Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Software/Application Developer to support the design and delivery of IT Service Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of ITSM solutions and custom applications
• Assist with building applications to automate IT service processes
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to achieve project objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; OR Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
• 2 years of software/application development experience
• No baseline certification required per project requirements
