Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Application Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for various proprietary government applications
- Respond to telephone and electronic requests for support, including password resets and user training
- Enter, monitor, and update help desk tickets to track progress and resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Clearance or higher
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Applications, Internet Browsing, PDF)
- Previous Application Service Desk/Call Center experience is a plus
