Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Application Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for various proprietary government applications
  • Respond to telephone and electronic requests for support, including password resets and user training
  • Enter, monitor, and update help desk tickets to track progress and resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Applications, Internet Browsing, PDF)
  • Previous Application Service Desk/Call Center experience is a plus
