Junior Appraisal Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of appraisal orders, the full-time Junior Appraisal Coordinator will be responsible for order placement and fulfillment on the retail platform, ensuring accurate communication with the origination and processing departments while working remotely within Pacific Standard Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize caseload of appraisal orders
• Assist with ordering appraisals and maintain workflow efficiency through Encompass and Mercury Network
• Communicate with appraisers and AMCs, and respond to customer inquiries regarding appointment scheduling

Required qualifications

• Experience with FHA and VA appraisal order placement
• Preferred knowledge of appraisal processes
• Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent analytical skills
