Job Summary
Supporting the execution of targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, the full-time Junior Associate will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement personalized marketing strategies while analyzing campaign performance, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of ABM campaigns across various segments aligned to regional and global priorities
- Partner with sales and account teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for client acquisition and expansion
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to provide insights and recommend optimizations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM
- Foundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
