Junior Automation Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time Junior Automation Analyst will manage automation solutions from intake to implementation, collaborating with Business Analysts and developers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather detailed information on new development requests and report issues, triaging to appropriate teams
- Review and resolve internal automation platform issues via ticketing systems
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and developers throughout issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Compleat automation platform
- Strong knowledge of automation workflows and experience with Sabre GDS
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
- Basic understanding of Web Services, XML, and SQL databases
- Familiarity with OBTs such as Concur, DEEM, or Cytric
