Junior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Providing automated testing support to multiple development teams, the full-time Junior Automation Engineer will analyze business requirements, document test plans, and build automation frameworks using Java in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify scenarios for validation
• Document test plans and test cases while initiating new ideas for technology improvements
• Perform system and web-based testing, including both automation and manual testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in system and web-based testing
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and running tests on Linux Jenkins slaves
• Recent experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
• Familiarity with REST API testing and building automation frameworks from scratch
