Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities related to the configuration and operation of systems
Support system optimization and resource utilization
Perform system capacity analysis and planning

Required Qualifications

Associate degree
1 year of technical experience in IT, including microcomputers and operating systems
Experience providing daily user support for hardware and software issues
Ability to respond to user trouble tickets based on established Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
Familiarity with common helpdesk software applications
