Junior Bookkeeper (Crypto Focus)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper (Crypto Trading Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile approximately 500 crypto transactions annually using Koinly
• Maintain and organize transaction data in spreadsheets, utilizing formulas and pivot tables for accuracy
• Prepare realized gains and losses reports and assist with tax preparation for IRS compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Some prior experience in bookkeeping/accounting preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency trading or a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with U.S. IRS crypto reporting is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines while handling sensitive financial data
