Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Support project managers with status reports, meeting coordination, and tracking action items
Help translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and development teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience)
0-2 years of professional experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or data role
Strong interest in process improvement, project lifecycles, and data insights
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus)
Self-starter with curiosity and a hunger to learn and grow
