Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support reporting and analytics across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal reporting and data requests, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
• Build and maintain reporting in Sigma for reliable, up-to-date dashboards and performance views
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics and document reporting logic for consistency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, and hands-on analytics work are welcome)
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning
• Experience with a BI or visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI
• SQL knowledge is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
