Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests
• Assist in writing and documenting clear business requirements
• Help analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role preferred
• Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to tools such as Salesforce or similar reporting tools is a plus
