Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable
• Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Document and track project changes, risks, and issues through resolution while maintaining and updating all requirements documentation

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
