Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day work within the client delivery team, including sprint planning and risk identification
• Participate in client discovery workshops and assist in translating business needs into requirements and process designs
• Collaborate within agile delivery teams to manage priorities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Some Business Analysis experience or relevant transferable skills
• An interest in or exposure to the insurance sector is a plus
• A willingness to learn how to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally
• Curiosity about AI tools and a desire to develop hands-on skills
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
