Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Junior Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and features while supporting Agile development processes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile Teams to elicit and document business requirements
• Facilitate backlog grooming and support PI planning to refine and prioritize user stories
• Work with QA to support test case development and ensure delivered features meet business expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust (Tier 1) Security Clearance
• Prior experience in government or healthcare environments, such as Medicare or Medicaid
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe
