Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, the full-time Junior Process Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated and scalable system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders for process optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable system transformations
• Manage product backlog and prioritization, ensuring final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization decisions
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies to support process mapping and optimization opportunities
