Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, the full-time Junior Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather business requirements, and document user stories in JIRA while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and drive process optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and turn them into scalable system transformations
• Manage intake and prioritization of new functionality requests while ensuring final designs meet business needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
