Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, the full-time Junior Business Analyst will conduct user research, create process documentation, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions while collaborating with stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities and driving process optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate them into cost-effective system transformations
• Document user stories in JIRA and ensure all requirements are clearly mapped to business value and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and JIRA
