Junior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, the full-time Junior Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into scalable system requirements while collaborating with stakeholders remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Document current and future-state processes to identify efficiency opportunities and drive process optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and transform them into cost-effective system solutions
- Document user stories in JIRA and create business requirements for handoff to development teams using standardized methodologies
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
- Proven experience in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
- Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
- Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and JIRA
