Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Business Intelligence team, the full-time Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights, design reporting tools, and conduct comprehensive data analysis, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve internal reporting tools and dashboards for various teams
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis focusing on business operations and financial performance
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Ability to translate technical data into strategic business language for non-technical teams
