Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Business Operations Coordinator, HV/TST (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
  • Perform data entry of Purchase Orders and Change Orders, and manage vendor deliveries and invoicing
  • Attend and document project meetings, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting
