Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jr. Business Operations Coordinator, HV/TST (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
- Perform data entry of Purchase Orders and Change Orders, and manage vendor deliveries and invoicing
- Attend and document project meetings, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting
