Job Summary
Supporting business operational activities, the full-time Junior Business Operations Coordinator will assist in managing vendor deliveries, perform data entry for Purchase Orders and Change Orders, and ensure compliance with company standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
- Manage vendor deliveries, tracking, invoicing, and compliance activities
- Attend project meetings and document minutes while maintaining a project filing system
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to use independent judgment and self-start
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
