Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process improvement assessments and provide recommendations to leadership
• Perform Business Process Improvement and Reengineering tasks to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with data capture efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering or related roles
• Background check required
• Secret Security Clearance preferred
