Junior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Revenue Cycle Management team, the part-time hourly Junior Business Systems Analyst will assist with system analysis, testing, documentation, and optimization of workflows while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm MST.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing RCM processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Support the Senior Systems Analyst with system updates, configuration requests, and workflow changes
- Perform data validation and assist with reporting to identify discrepancies or workflow-related issues
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in information systems, health information management, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
- Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, or business systems experience preferred but not required
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn healthcare systems and Revenue Cycle Management processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
