Junior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial analytics functions, the full-time Junior Business Systems Analyst will assist in data collection, cost tracking, and reporting for Enterprise Agreements while working remotely under the guidance of Senior Analysts and Program Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and compile data from cost estimators and reporting portals to maintain cost trackers
• Assist in preparing annual spend reports and support data collection for budgeting and pricing analysis
• Help monitor budget-versus-actual costs and maintain existing cost dashboards using approved tools

Required qualifications

• Foundational knowledge with 3 years' experience in data analysis, IT cost tracking, or financial reporting
• Advanced knowledge of and working experience with Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Interest in or basic exposure to enterprise IT hardware/software agreements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline
