Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Buyer to support its indirect procurement function across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders for indirect purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage the SaaS lifecycle from sourcing and approvals to renewals and license deprovisioning
• Analyze spend and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, operations, finance, or SaaS-related roles
• Basic understanding of contracts, renewals, or vendor management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
