Key Responsibilities

• Support capture planning and execution across state, local, federal, and commercial clients
• Conduct market research and perform customer, competitor, and incumbent analysis
• Prepare research briefs and maintain organized documentation for capture processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Four or more years of relevant experience in capture, business development, or research
• Experience with state, local, federal, and/or commercial clients preferred
• Understanding of the capture lifecycle across public and commercial sectors
• Experience with project management principles in a capture or proposal environment
