Junior Chargeback Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Chargeback Analyst to assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of purchased loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying first payment defaults and down payment chargebacks
• Review proof of treatments for indications of fraud and submit chargeback responses
• Monitor post charge-off collection vendor performance and assist in process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs with a solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
