Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Specialist to assist clients in recruiting participants for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure they understand how to use the systems effectively
• Proactively monitor client projects to develop strategies for meeting enrollment targets and address any roadblocks
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service
