Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Cloud Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and technical assistance for cloud systems and applications
Resolve support requests, address major incident management, and monitor alerts
Create tickets, support Azure cloud issues, and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
5 years of relevant experience
Experience in explaining technical information to end users in a simplified manner
Experience in writing technical documentation, especially related to AWS and Azure Cloud architecture
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on cloud experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
