Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Cloud Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and technical assistance for cloud systems and applications
- Resolve support requests, address major incident management, and monitor alerts
- Create tickets, support Azure cloud issues, and troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in explaining technical information to end users in a simplified manner
- Experience in writing technical documentation, especially related to AWS and Azure Cloud architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on cloud experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
