Job Summary
Supporting high-volume client projects, the remote Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting work.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs and supply agreements
- Provide practical legal guidance on contract terms and support large commercial contracting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives and contribute to process improvements
Required qualifications
- JD or equivalent, with active bar membership in good standing
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial-focused practice
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts
- Experience with CLM system implementation or optimization
- Exposure to international contracts or working with cross-functional teams
