Junior Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Community Manager to support legacy titles in maintaining community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate Discord and social media channels daily
• Publish updates, patch notes, and announcements as provided by the team
• Respond to player inquiries and track recurring issues for escalation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Community Management, Social Media, or a related field (gaming preferred)
• Good written English skills
• Experience with Discord and Facebook moderation
• Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
• Basic understanding of live service games
