Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaints Analyst Junior, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the centralized complaint management process to ensure timely resolution of complaints
- Conduct research and investigations on complaints, including root cause analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify complaint trends and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with complaint and escalation processes in financial services
- Experience with ServiceNow or other Customer Relationship Management platforms
