Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaints Analyst Junior, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the centralized complaint management process to ensure timely resolution of complaints
  • Conduct research and investigations on complaints, including root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify complaint trends and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with complaint and escalation processes in financial services
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other Customer Relationship Management platforms
