Junior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, documentation, maintenance, and version control of compliance policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits, tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Review marketing and promotional content for compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Key Competencies

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Highly organized and process-driven with experience managing compliance programs
• Proficiency with Google, Microsoft 365 suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a dynamic environment
