Junior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Operations team, the full-time remote Junior Compliance Analyst will conduct due diligence reviews, analyze financial transactions, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations while collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Perform due diligence reviews of low-risk and medium-risk customers
• Analyze financial transaction activity and document review findings thoroughly
• Resolve AML/KYC referrals and member account issues, ensuring compliance requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or finance
• 1-2 years of AML/KYC experience or 2+ years of fraud/compliance experience
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Excellent organizational skills
