Junior Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to assist in internal audit and regulatory oversight within the futures industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits, including preparing audit scopes and timelines
• Perform testing of business processes and controls to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Document audit procedures, findings, and support the drafting of audit reports and remediation tracking

Required Qualifications & Key Competencies

• 2-4 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or a related control function
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Ability to evaluate processes, identify control gaps, and assess risk in a structured manner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing audit workflows and deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and document management tools
