Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage trouble tickets to resolve user problems
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging for issues related to hardware and software
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails of user issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
  • ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
  • High School Diploma with 2-7 years of experience in IT support
  • At least one year of experience with Windows desktop support
  • Experience working remotely with effective time management skills
