Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage trouble tickets to resolve user problems
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging for issues related to hardware and software
- Maintain documentation and audit trails of user issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
- High School Diploma with 2-7 years of experience in IT support
- At least one year of experience with Windows desktop support
- Experience working remotely with effective time management skills
