Junior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting configuration, change, and release management processes, the full-time Junior Configuration Analyst will maintain records and documentation, manage change records, and assist with release communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support configuration, change, and release management processes by maintaining records and documentation
• Log, update, and manage change records throughout the lifecycle using agency-approved tools
• Assist with preparation and distribution of release documentation and change communications

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust or DHS suitability preferred
• Experience supporting IT operations, change management, or documentation functions
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work-related experience
