Junior Consultant - Federal Workforce Analytics

Job Summary

Junior Consultant - Federal Workforce Analytics, supports workforce planning and human capital analytics engagements through research, data analysis, and the development of workforce assessments, in a fully remote, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection and analysis for workforce demand, supply, and gap assessments
• Assist in the development of role frameworks, competency models, and skill taxonomies
• Prepare client deliverables, including reports, slide decks, and data visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital analytics, or related field
• Experience supporting data analysis and workforce assessments
• Foundational understanding of IO psychology principles and workforce analytics methods
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based consulting environment
