Job Summary
Junior Consultant - Federal Workforce Analytics, supports workforce planning and human capital analytics engagements through research, data analysis, and the development of workforce assessments, in a fully remote, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection and analysis for workforce demand, supply, and gap assessments
- Assist in the development of role frameworks, competency models, and skill taxonomies
- Prepare client deliverables, including reports, slide decks, and data visualizations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital analytics, or related field
- Experience supporting data analysis and workforce assessments
- Foundational understanding of IO psychology principles and workforce analytics methods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based consulting environment
