A company is looking for a Jr. Content Writer (gaming) to create engaging content for players and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish player-facing educational content, including patch notes and troubleshooting guides
• Develop new opportunities for player education and proactive support content
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape content strategy and publishing timelines

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of first-person shooter mechanics and gaming hardware
• Strong technical aptitude for PC and console hardware troubleshooting
• Experience writing clear and engaging patch notes and troubleshooting guides
• Mastery of English and adherence to modern communication style guides
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence and proficiency with MS Office tools
