Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Contract Specialist to provide support for the procurement of goods and services for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, award, and administer limited contract types with supervision
Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition functions, including pre-award and post-award activities
Review procurement requests for compliance and adequacy of documentation

Required Qualifications

2 years of Federal Contracting Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Familiarity with FAR and VAAR based procurements
